Congratulations to Keith Taylor with his review: Keith's review

"Influenced by the fact that I and Anita my wife knew Joe in the 1960`s gliding and popping into his little jewellery shop in Norwich, not to mention enjoying both Norfolk cider and Joe`s Vodka some evenings, I placed an order for "23 Days" after reading of it in the article in E.D.P. mid morning on May 21st. Delivered personally by grandson Jeff that afternoon.
What a story! A great read of Joe`s exploits, his deep love of his country and his determination against all the odds before "part two" of his gallant history as a fighter pilot, only a small part of which we knew.
Thanks "Yellow Wheel" for publishing a worthy memorial to your Dad/Grand-Dad, what a man !
I cannot too highly recommend "23 Days" as both a great personal story, a reminder of part of the history of a proud nation and a background to just one of so many who gallantly joined us in those dark days."
